From Foundation to Commission: My Journey Through the Bible

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." -- John 1:1

Reading the Bible from Genesis to Revelation has been the most defining journey of my life. What began as a desire to know the Word became a full encounter with the living God, who shaped me, challenged me, and ultimately commissioned me for His Kingdom.

The Old Testament laid the foundation. It gave me a deep understanding of life's spiritual history -- the fall of man, the covenantal love of God, and the prophetic road leading to Christ. I saw that obedience is God's love language: "To obey is better than sacrifice." -- 1 Samuel 15:22

In the Gospels, my soul was revived. Jesus Christ--the Unblemished Lamb of God--called me not just to learn but to live: "Come to me... and I will give you rest." (Matt. 11:28) "Seek first the kingdom of God..." (Matt.6:33)

He made the cost clear: "Let him deny himself and take up his cross." (Mark 8:34) Yet offered abundant life:

"I came that they may have life." (John 10:10)

In Luke, I heard His daily call: "Take up your cross daily." (Luke 9:23) And saw His heart: "The Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost." (Luke 19:10)

In John, His identity stunned me: "I am the way, the truth, and the life." (John 14:6)

Romans reshaped me. Paul revealed that grace is the foundation, and faith is the key. The epistles of Peter,

Romans 8:31 - 'If God is for us, who can be against us?'

James, and John taught me that trials refine us, love anchors us, and truth sets us free.

Then came Revelation--and the Mighty Lion of Judah roared. No longer the Lamb alone, Jesus was revealed as King of kings and Lord of lords. I now live as a soldier of Christ, harvesting souls--not passively watching as the enemy schemes.

I am here to resist darkness and walk in Kingdom strength: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens

me." (Phil. 4:13)

This is not the end of my journey--it is the beginning. I now walk with fire, faith, and full surrender.

To Jesus Christ--the Unblemished Lamb and the Mighty Lion--be all glory.
